Aug. 21-23: Our First Camping Trip

I even got into the excitement of making that "big catch."

. . . or not so much fish :)

And then there are the two proud men with their fish. . .

The  picture with Matt and Calvin together is one of my favorites: father and son moment.

We attempted the unattemptable with two small children: We went camping...for two nights!  It was a good learning experience for future trips.  Our campground was right next to three different lakes.  We did the majority of fishing on Teapot Lake which was practically in our backyard.  We had a really nice sized area to camp.  It was kind of funny to watch Calvin and Faye get adjusted to the dirty, slopey, and rocky terrain--not many minutes would go by before one of them would trip and fall.
