A New Tradition

Last year we went and chopped our Christmas tree down the Saturday before Lucas was born. So we decided that would be a fun tradition to continue.

This year was a much more pleasant experience because we found what we were looking for at our first stop, and it hadn't been raining recently so we had dry ground to tromp through. But don't let the pretty clear sky fool you. There was a bitter cold wind that helped quicken our pace.
