One of the best parts of my mom's trip was that she was able to be here for the baby shower that women from my ward and my aunt threw for me.

The gifts were wonderful.
This baby will meet the world in style!
It was so nice that most of the family I have in the area
were able to be there as well.
I'm so grateful for the friendships I am making in our ward,
and the love and kindness they so willingly offer to our family.
