Family

I love the time of baby blessings because that means family will be in town. My mom and brother were able to fly in for the weekend. Austin had grown quite a bit since my mom saw him last.

It was fun to see Austin getting acquainted with Uncle Mike. Michael put to use his skills as "baby whisperer." :) Austin calmed down right away once Michael started rubbing his nose and mouth.

Saturday night Matt went out to Gresham, with Calvin and Faye, to visit his brother and family. So we decided to go out to dinner. Michael told us it was going to be his treat which was super nice. We ended up waiting forever for our meal, and it turned out there was a mix-up with the food. Someone else got our orders, so our meal was on the house! Lucky Michael!

Austin slept through the whole meal which was really nice of him.

Lucas was really bonding with Michael (would have given him all his fries if Michael let him) and making us laugh with his antics.
