Saturday we went to visit Matt's mom at her new home in Vancouver for dinner. The kids had fun exploring everything.
Mother's Day was a really special day. The kids sang me "Happy Mother's Day" to the tune of "Happy Birthday," which was really cute. Matt made french toast for breakfast, and while I was getting ready for church he and the kids put together a great card. They used the words of a Primary song, and the kids colored all the pictures. The thought Matt puts into it always means a lot. It was my last day in nursery, too. I'm off to Young Women's! At first I was a bit disappointed because Lucas will be starting nursery very soon, but the more I thought about it, the more I knew it would be a benefit to both of us. That evening we had dinner at my aunt's house which is always nice to see them and my cousins and their families.
