Last weekend was filled with lots of family visiting.
It began with my mom and brother flying in.
This was the first time for Uncle Mike to see our new home here in Oregon
and to meet Lucas, so it was exciting to watch them interact.
Michael always used to tease me about me needing to get married
so he could have a little nephew to play with.
Well, they did just that, and Michael found just what got Lucas to smile.

Lucas had his first experience going out to a restaurant,
but he sort of missed it all.
But I didn't mind him sleeping through it!
