We spent a full week down in Florence, OR for our trip this year. It was fun to return to the site of our honeymoon. We rented a vacation home again, and it was fun to get away to relax and do different things. Our house was near lakes,the beach, and downtown Florence.
We spent a lot of time on Mercer Lake rafting, fishing, and swimming.
We went to Strawberry Beach and explored the tide pools.
We sort of slid down the sand dunes--it was really SLOW.
We played on the beach: found cool shells, played frisbee and catch, the kids loved getting sandy, and Matt attempted to raft the open waves.
We soaked in our hot tub.
