Lately it seems like the kids are extra interested in my workout videos. This morning they were with me in front of the T.V. for the majority of the workout. It was really funny to watch their interpretations of the moves and their attempts at lunges, jump roping, punches, and stretching.
Calvin stood by my side while we were doing punches and repeated the instructor, "jab, cross, hook, hook" over and over.
Faye's look of intent concentration made me laugh as she would compare what they were doing on T.V. to her own moves. She would continually look down at her body to see how it was doing.
Funny kids.
